General meeting of the Association for Women's Shelters and the Independent Foundation of the Women's Shelter
will be held on April 28th at 17:00 PM at Dyngjuvegur 8 (Gunnarshús).
The agenda for the general meeting is according to the articles of association:
1) Meeting called, election of chairman and secretary
2) The shelter's annual report was presented and submitted for discussion.
3) The annual accounts of the association and the Women's Shelter Foundation were submitted to
discussion and approval
4) Budget for the current year submitted for discussion
5) Board of Directors' Report
6) Legal changes
7) Determination of annual fees
8) Determination of board salaries
9) Election of the board and inspectors according to Articles 9 and 6
10) Other issues
Proposal of the selection committee for the board of directors of SUK and SEK for the 2026 annual general meeting
